At Pembrokeshire Technologies we offer Support to suit our customer’s requirements. This is based on minimising costs, while ensuring the appropriate level of support so that business operations are not interrupted. For this reason we offer two types of support arrangement.
- PemTech Basic
- PemTech Flexi
PemTech Basic
With PemTech Basic you make no financial commitment, and we agree
to support your systems on a “best endeavours” basis. This
type of support is suitable for companies with non-critical business systems,
who can keep their operations running in the short term pending the resolution
of a problem. Payment for service is on an as needed, hourly basis.
PemTech Flexi
With PemTech Flexi, you only pay for the support you need. However,
we underpin our service with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing
our service to you. This gives you the peace of mind that, in the event
of urgent problems, we can fix your issues quickly, and your business will
not suffer.
With PemTech Flexi you are in control, so the monthly costs will vary depending
on your use of the service. However, PemTech Flexi will save
you money compared with a traditional support SLA. Click here for
